Order the wrong size? We need to know what item you would like to exchange the original for: You can put a note in the package with your exchange

  • If you are exchanging for a different priced item, please contact me to settle the difference. or 406-939-2277.  
  • Mail the original item back along with Cash/Check for shipping of your new item. $8 for one sweater, $4 for each additional sweater.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rocking S Saddle Shop, 531 CB Route Rd, Glendive MT 59330, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All CUSTOM ORDERED leatherwork is exempt from being returned. If you are unsatisfied with your finished product, CONTACT us and we'll figure out a way to modify or add to your custom order to ensure your satisfaction!

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a refund check will be mailed to you within a certain amount of days. We DO NOT keep your credit card information on file.

Late or missing refunds

Non-Sufficient Funds

A $20 charge will be added to all accounts PER Non-Sufficient Funds activity.

If accounts are not paid in full within 90 days, a claim will be filed with Small Claims court. All associated fees will be charged to the customer's account.
